My primary focus as a doula is postpartum support and lactation care.

 

I am passionate about helping families navigate infant feeding with confidence, compassion and individualized support.

 

I strive to provide evidence-based care while creating a space where parents feel heard and empowered during their postpartum journey.

Soy mamá de cinco niñas y una doula apasionada por acompañar a las familias durante una de las etapas más importantes de sus vidas. Mi misión es brindar apoyo, información y tranquilidad para que cada mamá se sienta escuchada, respetada y acompañada durante su embarazo, parto y posparto.

Como doula, ofrezco apoyo emocional, físico e informativo antes, durante y después del nacimiento de tu bebé. Mi objetivo es ayudarte a tomar decisiones informadas, sentirte segura y vivir una experiencia de parto y posparto con mayor confianza.

También ofrezco servicios completamente en español, ya que uno de mis mayores deseos es apoyar a la comunidad hispanohablante. Creo que todas las familias merecen recibir información clara y sentirse comprendidas en su propio idioma. Quiero que cada mamá y su familia sepan que no están solos y que cuentan con alguien que los acompañará con respeto, empatía y dedicación.

Será un honor caminar a tu lado en este hermoso camino hacia la maternidad.

I am a mother of five girls and a passionate doula dedicated to supporting families through one of the most important stages of their lives. My mission is to provide support, information, and peace of mind so that every mother feels heard, respected, and accompanied throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

As a doula, I offer emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after your baby’s birth. My goal is to help you make informed decisions, feel confident, and experience labor and postpartum with greater trust and reassurance.

I also offer services completely in Spanish, as one of my greatest desires is to support the Spanish-speaking community. I believe every family deserves clear information and to feel understood in their own language. I want every mother and her family to know they are not alone and that they have someone who will walk alongside them with respect, empathy, and dedication.

It will be an honor to walk beside you on this beautiful journey into motherhood.
